Two Different Dome Materials to Choose; Acrylic or Glass
The Dome Lens Unit IIIG Using Multicoated Optical Glass
Optical multi-coating effectively suppresses flare/ghosting likely to happen in clear and bright underwater condition to provide quality images with appropriate contrast. The glass version delivers stable results in any situation, so is recommendable for those shooting in various scenes.
The Dome Lens Unit IIIA Using High Transparency Optical Acrylic Material
High transparency and lightweight optical acrylic dome provides quality image on a level with that of optical glass dome. Acrylic is better tolerated than polycarbonate to discoloration by inevitable ultraviolet rays outdoors or scratches during long-term usage assuring underwater use. The acrylic version is budget-friendly so would be good choice for those thinking to start wide angle photography.

|
Dome Lens Unit III creates no vignetting
|
It is now possible to shoot Sony RX100M3/M4/M5A from the wide end/24mm and Olympus TG series from the wide end/25mm without vignetting. With Dome Lens Unit III, you don't have to zoom in unlike previous generation dome lens which needs to zoom in or change camera zoom setting to eliminate vignetting.
Usable with All Zoom Range
Usable throughout all zoom range when the lens unit is being attached on a housing. For confirmed usable camera/housing click here, or contact us.
Minimum Focusing Distance 0cm
As same as the UWL-95S/UWL-95S XD wide lens, a combination with the Dome Lens Unit III keeps same minimum focusing distance 0cm. Both Close Focus Wide Angle (CFWA) imaging just in front of a subject or wide imaging to capture broad seascape are possible through the same lens combination.
*At zoom wide end setting.
Selectable Dome Material When Repairing
Either acrylic or glass material is available when purchasing replacement dome. The dome material is replaceable one to another when repairing based on usage or budget as both material use same dome lens barrel.
*The Dome Lens Unit III is a dedicated option for the UWL-95S/UWL-95S XD and not usable by itself.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
That depends on where you live and whether we have an item in stock or not. While we do have many items in stock, we don't carry everything. (For example, we do not stock most housings or ports as there are just too many!) If you need an item in a hurry, it's a good idea to contact us and find out if your item is in stock, or if we can get it in a hurry - we often can!
If we have it in stock, we can usually send it out as soon as we receive payment (1-3 business days), or you can pick it up. If an item is not in stock, we'll need to order it from our suppliers, which means it can take 1-2 weeks to arrive at your door (usually closer to a week).
Sometimes delivery can take longer, if our manufacturers are out of stock, for example, but this is unusual - we let customers know as soon as possible if something like this happens.
